random stuffs about Referers

i Believe whoever Referers a person cannot +1 or anything because a Refer is kinda like a +1 from the person already and that Referer should not be allowed to accept they should get another staff to accept/deny the staff app

+1 I am with you on that one man. Referrers should not be allowed to +1 or Accept the person that they referred for the following reasons:
1. They could just wait a few hours then accept them
2. It could be a person that not everyone agrees with being staff but their friend just accepts them
3. I think it's totally out of reason regarding how the staff team should be managed
4. I also think that the post must be up for at least a day to give everyone a chance to post what they think
