Why should you become staff?: I think I should become staff because I have a lot of experience with Garry's Mod and Servers I'm willing to help in anything but if its something that will get me demoted I will not follow my orders I was told to do if it were to get me demoted. I like this server a lot in my opinion this server will turn out fantastic in the future! I've had my own server before so I know how to work with one another and handle stuff my self. I will do my best to make sure everything is enforced as need be!

How would you help the server?: How I would help out on the server. I would help by keeping rule breakers of the server if need be. I can help with making jobs if anyone needs help with it. I love helping with players and other staff members, I will get my tasks done when need be and I will be a good T-Mod/Moderator to other players and staff. I'm also an experienced coder so if need be I will be willing to help with anything. I am not very mean to players myself I think of myself as friendly and kind, But if I need to be mean from a constant rule breaker I will have to but I don't want to. .

I don't know what you guys think, but in my opinion, the referrer shouldn't be allowed to accept somebody that they referred for staff. Then they can just +1, wait a few hours, then accept them and not let anyone else have a chance.
